The Blog Goes On
This May and June we're headed for a few of the states immediately east of Nevada. The only definite plans we have is to visit Bent's Fort in Colorado, I place I've wanted to see after doing much reading about the Santa Fe Trail and the Mexican war. Our trip probably won't last as many days as previous ones as we would still like to try and grow a veggie garden this summer.

About Me
- Tom Davis
- Carson City, Nevada, United States
- I am 75 years old and have lived in Nevada since 1974. I was born in Pasadena, California, and grew up in Altadena, an unincorporated community adjacent to Pasadena and nestled at the foot of the rugged San Gabriel Mountains. It was in the San Gabriel mountains that I spent much of my childhood and where I found my love of hiking and the outdoors. My wife and I have been retired now for more than a decade and love to spend our time gardening, studying history, and traveling all across America in our RV. Since retirement we have visited all the states save Alaska and Rhode Island, and have chocked up almost 50,000 miles in the process.
